Joe is a hardworking and dedicated professional with over 27 years experience working in the business community. He has a diverse background, working 10 years in private industry and over 17 years in public practice. Joe relocated to Vermont in late 1999, accepting a position as Vice President of Operations with JG Temple Electric Supply, an electrical supply wholesaler in Bennington, Vermont. His overall responsibilities there included financial and operational management, human resource management, and information technology. After the company achieved a successful sale to an out-of-state firm, Mr. Wagner chose to concentrate on re-establishing his public practice.

Over the years, Joe has focused his practice on small and medium size businesses and individuals. His seasoned ability to provide practical advice has gone a long way to helping his clients meet their financial and operational goals. His broad range of business experience provides a unique perspective to the many financial challenges people face today.

Joe's family includes his wife Fern and four children, Allison, David, Kimberly and Andrew. As a family, they all enjoy numerous leisure activities. Skiing, tennis, and outdoor interests of all kinds keep them involved together.
